In The Spiritual Garden... a sacred, safe space for growth and connection.
What to Expect
The atmosphere will be a small like-minded group of woman, who can all feel safe and open to share, in a group coaching environment. We will focus on intuitive and spiritual growth through experiential exercises and practices. There will be meditations, journaling, moon ritual, coaching prompts, and sharing. This is designed to help the group and individual connect with our own Divinity, improve our mindset, and achieve our goals.

Dark Shadow
We will explore the Shadow Self, what lies in the subconscious, that which may be holding you back. We will attempt to make friends with the parts of yourself you may have hidden or don't want to acknowledge. The journey will include journal prompts, meditation journeying, and non-judgemental group discussion.
Golden Shadow
This part explores the Golden Self, the pure potential of who we are, and all that you could be, but again, remains hidden in the shadow.
The journey will include journal prompts, meditation journeying, and group discussion and non-judgemental sharing.

Do you have a deep connection to Nature? Do you believe in Fairies?
Join me for 3 Wednesday evenings
March 12, 19, and 26th at
7:30pm (1.5-2 hrs)
Class 1: Introduction to Nature Spirits, who they are and how to work with them for the benefit of Mother Earth.
Class 2: How to create an outdoor Fae alter, do's and don'ts. They have very specific rules and can be offended easily.
Class 3: Plant Consciousness, Trees, Herbal and Flower Magic.
We will be Journeying/meditating to meet many of these Nature Spirits, and sharing in a safe group environment.
